บ้านเจ้าพระยาธรรมศักดิ์มนตรี(อนุบาลจุลนาค)ตั้งอยู่ริมถนนนครสวรรค์แขวงนางเลิ้งเขตป้อมปราบศัตรูพ่ายพ.ศ. 2442พระยาศรีภูริปรีชา (กมลสาลักษณ)สร้างให้เป็นเรือนหอของนางสาวถวิล กับนายสนั่น เทพหัสดิน ณ อยุธยา (เจ้าพระยาธรรมศักดิ์มนตรี)บนพื้นที่ส่วนหน้าของบริเวณบ้านพระยาศรีภูริปรีชา พ.ศ. 2457บ้านหลังเดิมไม่แข็งแรงและมีขนาดเล็กเกินไปเจ้าพระยาธรรมศักดิ์มนตรีจึงให้สร้างต่อเติมโดยยังเหลือเค้าเดิมไว้
ตัวบ้านเป็นตึกครึ่งไม้ 2 ชั้นแบบตะวันตกผนังปนหลังคามุงแผ่นกระเบื้องสี่เหลี่ยมประตูหน้าต่างไม้ ยกเว้นหน้าต่างหอพระที่เป็นหน้าต่างกระจกทรงสูงโค้งแหลมแบบ Gothic เสาเฉลียงหลังทรงสี่เหลี่ยมสร้างเป็นซุ้มรูปโค้งมีลายประดับปูนปั้นประดับ
