เป็นสะพานข้ามคลองมหานาคที่ถนนจักรพรรดิพงษ์ หน้าวัดสระเกศเขตป้อมปราบศัตรูพ่าย หรือเรียกว่า สะพานดำ สะพานนี้สร้างเมื่อ พ.ศ. 2442 ในรัชกาลพระบาทสมเด็จพระจุลจอมเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว พระราชทานนามว่า สะพานนริสดำรัส เพื่อเป็นเกียรติแด่สมเด็จพระเจ้าบรมวงศ์เธอ เจ้าฟ้ากรมพระยานริศรานุวัตติวงศ์ และเสด็จพระราชดำเนินเปิดสะพานในวันที่ 15 พฤศจิกายน พ.ศ. 2443 ทั้งนี้สะพานแห่งนี้สร้างใหม่เมื่อปี พ.ศ. 2513 จึงทำให้ลักษณะของสะพานเปลี่ยนไปจากเดิม

สะพาน เป็นสะพานคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็กขนาดใหญ่ มีทางเท้า 2 ข้าง ราวสะพานเป็นคอนกรีตแบบเรียบลูกกรงทำด้วยรางเหล็กรูปตัววีเรียงตั้งโดยหันด้านแหลมเข้าเข้าในสะพาน กลางราวสะพานทั้งสองข้างมีจารึกนามสะพานและปีที่สร้างใหม่ ปลายสะพานมีเสาไฟฟ้าโลหะด้านละ 1 เสา
