The working edge of Chinese Bangkok, from the Golden Buddha to the rice godowns — shrines, one Hokkien mansion, a Gothic church and the wholesale lanes still doing what they were built for. Start at Hua Lamphong MRT; finish at Ratchawong pier for the boat out.
