มัสยิดต้นสนตั้งอยู่ที่บริเวณใกล้ปากคลองบางกอกใหญ่แขวงวัดอรุณเขตบางกอกใหญ่เป็นมัสยิดเก่าแก่มีมาแต่สมัยกรุงศรีอยุธยา เดิมเรียกกุฎีใหญ่ต่อมาเปลี่ยนชื่อเป็นทางการว่ามัสยิดต้นสนเนื่องจากมีการสร้างอาคารหลังใหม่และปลูกต้นสนคู่ที่หน้าประตูกำแพงมัสยิดในรัชกาลของพระบาทสมเด็จพระพุทธเลิศหล้านภาลัยชาวมุสลิมในบริเวณบางกอกใหญ่ได้สถาปนามัสยิดใหม่ที่มีลักษณะภายนอกคล้ายวัดต่อมาพระบาทสมเด็จพระนั่งเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว โปรดให้ยกช่อฟ้าออกเพื่อไม่ให้เกิดความเข้าใจผิดในพ.ศ. 2495 คณะกรรมการมัสยิดต้นสนเห็นสมควรให้รื้อมัสยิดหลังเดิมและก่อสร้างหลังใหม่โดยพยายามรักษารูปแบบทางสถาปัตยกรรมเดิมให้มากที่สุด
เป็นอาคารคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็กผนังก่ออิฐมอญกรอบประตูและหน้าต่างตกแต่งบัวปูนด้านหน้าเป็นหน้ามุขยื่นออกมาและก่อสูงเป็นโดมรูปทรงแบบอียิปต์
