วัดหงส์รัตนารามเป็นวัดโบราณมีมาแต่สมัยกรุงศรีอยุธยาเดิมเรียกกันว่าวัดเจ้าสัวหงต่อมาสมเด็จกรมพระศรีสุริเยนทรามาตย์พระบาทสมเด็จพระนั่งเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัวพระบาทสมเด็จพระปิ่นเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัวและพระบาทสมเด็จพระจอมเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัวทรงปฏิสังขรณ์เพิ่มเติมจนสำเร็จบริบูรณ์

1.พระอุโบสถ เสมาและซุ้มเสมา มีพาไลรอบแบบศิลปะสมัยรัชกาลที่ 3 เป็นพระอุโบสถใหญ่ ลายสลักไม้ที่บานประตูด้านหน้าและหลัง ลายปูนปั้นที่ซุ้มประตูหน้าต่าง ซุ้มประตูมีลักษณะจีนปนฝรั่ง ยอดซุ้มทำหลังคาปิดเป็นเส้นทแยงมุม มีพระประธานปูนปั้นและพระพุทธรูปหลวงพ่อแสน 2.หอไตร เขียนลายรดน้ำปิดทองตามฝาปกน และที่บานประตูหอไตรแกะสลักลายไทย ผูกเป็นเครือเถากระหวัดกันขึ้นไป ฝีมือช่างสมัยรัตนโกสินทร์ 3.เจดีย์ 4.พระวิหาร 5.ศาลาลอย 6.ซุ้มประตูกำแพงแก้ว 7.แท่นบูชา 8.แท่นปืนใหญ่ และเสาศิลา 9.หอระฆัง 10.กุฏิสงฆ์ 11.หอฉัน 12.บ่อน้ำมนต์
