วัดเทวีวรญาติตั้งอยู่เลขที่ 1 ซอยเทวีวรญาติ ถนนวรจักร แขวงวัดเทพศิรินทร์ เขตป้อมปราบศัตรูพ่าย กรุงเทพมหานคร สังกัดคณะสงฆ์มหานิกาย วัดเทวีวรญาติเดิมมีนามว่า วัดจางวางพ่วง สร้างในสมัยรัชกาลที่ 3 ประมาณพ.ศ.2393 โดยท่านจางวางพ่วง บุตรของพระยาเทพอราชน (แสง) และท่านน้อย ราชินิกุลรัชกาลที่ 3 เป็นผู้สร้าง ต่อมาภายหลังพระบาทสมเด็จพระจุลจอมเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว ได้พระราชทานนามว่า วัดเทวีวรญาติ หมายความว่า เป็นวัดญาติของพระราชเทวี คือ สมเด็จพระเทพศิรินทราบรมราชินีในพระบาทสมเด็จพระจอมเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว วัดเทวีวรญาติได้รับพระราชทานวิสุงคามสีมาเมื่อพ.ศ.2450 ได้ผูกพัทธสีมาเมื่อวันที่ 12 เมษายน พ.ศ.2450
