ศาลเจ้าพ่อเสือเป็นศาลเจ้าของพวกชาวจีนแต่เดิมเป็นตึกขนาดใหญ่อยู่ริมถนนบำรุงเมืองเรียกกันว่าศาลเจ้าพ่อเสือมีรูปเจ้าจีนทำด้วยทองคำหนัก120บาทแต่ได้ถูกปล้นเอาไปเมื่อปีพ.ศ.2360ในสมัยรัชกาลที่2ครั้นถึงสมัยรัชกาลที่5ได้มีการขยายถนนบำรุงเมืองให้กว้างขึ้นเพื่อเป็นทางรถและสร้างตึกแถวจึงโปรดฯให้พระยาโชฏึกราชเศรษฐี(เถียน)จัดการรื้อศาลเจ้าแห่งนี้ไปสร้างใหม่ในที่พระราชทานริมถนนตะนาวใกล้วัดมหรรณพารามคือที่เป็นศาลเจ้าพ่อเสือในปัจจุบัน
